EXMINCO Group was born from necessity and shaped by experience. Founded by highly qualified and experienced professionals who have spent most of their careers within corporate structures in the mining and mineral processing industry across Africa, we intimately understand the challenges organisations face when operating in remote locations with limited access to specialised resources, services, skills and technical expertise.

President

Dr. Olivier Kanz A Mutomb Olivier (President) is a financial expert who understands both the complexities of global markets and the unique challenges facing businesses today. His academic journey reflects his commitment to excellence—starting with his Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Applied Economic Sciences, Financial Management option, and an associate degree from the University of Lubumbashi in the DRC.

Gerhard Hendriksz

Technical Excellence

Gerhard has been in the mineral processing industry for 40 years after qualifying as an Extraction Metallurgist in 1989. He holds a National Higher Diploma in Extraction Metallurgy and has been involved in plant operations for most of this time.

Stephaan Nel

Strategic Leadership In Memoriam

Stephaan held an Honours degree in Business Management from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, and enhanced his business leadership skills at Cranfield University, England, to augment his strategic leadership skills.
